Confidential - All information regarding customers, orders and artwork between our companies will remain confidential.
Orders - All orders are to be placed in writing by email or fax.
Artwork - Artwork is to be supplied in Illustrator or *.eps vector file formats with fonts converted to curves and outlines. High resolution Jpeg files may be used subject approval. For single colour prints, sharp black and white images of logo and text may also be used. Any artwork charges will be confirmed in writing prior to production for any touch-up work.
Artwork Approval - Artwork we prepare will be submitted for approval by email or fax and should be returned ASAP by email or fax. Delivery periods start from the date signed artwork approval has been received.
Insurance - Insurance on goods in transit is at your risk.
